What was once a beloved mid-century fishing retreat has been thoughtfully restored and brought back to life.

At the heart of Wilderness on Pierce are 20 retired Disney cabins, originally from Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. These iconic cabins have been carefully relocated with views of the water, blending their nostalgic charm with.

We built Wilderness on Pierce the way we’d want to experience it ourselves somewhere you can unplug, slow down, and feel at home the moment you arrive. We believe in preserving history, honoring Florida’s fish-camp roots, and creating a place where families, couples, anglers, and weekend wanderers can slow down and reconnect.

Wilderness on Pierce will continue to grow. Soon, we’ll be adding a pool, bocce ball courts, fire pits, grills, and party pavilions to create even more spaces for gathering and celebrating. We also plan to renovate the main dock to allow for boat tie-ups and to create an even better spot to sit back and watch the sun set over Lake Pierce, which, in our opinion, is one of the best views in Florida.
