What is your Cancellation Policy?

All cancellations are subject to, at a minimum, 10% of total reservation cost or $20.00 cancellation fee, whichever is greater, with sufficient notice as outlined below.

• For stays of less than a week, we require you to notify us at least one week prior to your scheduled arrival if you are unable to fulfill your reservation.
• For stays of a week or more but less than a month, we require you to notify us at least two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival if you are unable to fulfill your reservation.
• For stays of a month or more, we require you to notify us at least a month prior to your scheduled arrival if you are unable to fulfill your reservation.
• Same day cancellations are considered “No Shows” and will be charged the full amount of the reservation booked.

What is your Hurricane & Severe Weather Policy?

We closely monitor all tropical weather systems and will communicate updates promptly should any concerns arise before your stay.

• If a mandatory evacuation order is issued for Lake Wales or Polk County, guests will be offered the option to:
  – reschedule their stay based on availability, or
  – receive a credit toward a future visit
• If weather conditions are unsafe and the property must temporarily close, we will work directly with guests on accommodations and rebooking options.
• Normal rainstorms, passing weather systems, or forecasted bad weather without official advisories do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
• We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance during hurricane season for additional protection against travel disruptions.
